My March Favorites!

Hey all,

This month, I have been trying many many makeup products especially drugstore. I will list my favorites below but I will do separate reviews for them or include them in dupe series so stay tuned for that.

- Dove Original 48Hr. + Vitamin E antiperspirant deodorant (I go through these like nobody's business, love them!)
- BIGUINE makeup "Les Galactic's" complexion powder in Poudre d'Adria (can be a dupe to Mac's MSFs, Dupe Series soon)
- Hourglass 'Ambient Lighting Powder' in Dim Light (Review soon)
- Maybelline 'Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Spot Concealer + Treatment in Beige Nu
- L'Oreal 'Volume Million de Cils' Mascara in Black (gives natural volume)
- Urban Decay '24/7 Glide On Lip Pencil' in 69 (blue toned red)
- Revlon 'Colorburst Lacquer Balms' in Coquette and Vivacious (love them more than the matte balms)

I will make separate reviews, sorry that I didn't review them for you...

Dupe: NARS Orgasm Blush vs. L'Oreal Rosy Cheeks Blush

Hey all,

From now on, I will start new series on my blog where I will compare two products that are very similar and can be considered as dupes. I will be focusing on trying two products, one is from the high-end makeup and the other one as a drugstore makeup.

Today, I will compare two similar products (blushes) that I consider almost the same especially when applied on the apples of the cheeks. These two products, as shown above from the title's name, are NARS Orgasm and L'Oreal Accord Perfect 165 Rosy Cheeks.

My all time favorite is the NARS Orgasm blush and it's always a choice for me when I apply makeup. I use it almost on daily basis and I just love it so much. But, when I found out that I already have something very similar in my makeup collection and I compared them together, I was amazed how similar they are. Honestly, I still prefer the NARS blush but if you are searching for one that's less pricey and almost identical then you're in the right place. Below, I will compare both of them:

Makeup bag for a weekend's/short trip

Hey all,

Today we will be talking about the beauty essentials you require to take for weekend's trip. It's important to pack lightly but with the sufficient products that you need. These are some of the products that I took with me when I had a trip two days ago and it was for two night.
These products can benefit you and reach your needs and requirements for the weekend trip or any other short trip you might have. The makeup products can be used day and night and can creat nice looks with them. It's preferable that you take  travel size products so its lighter in weight and smaller to be fitted anywhere in your travel bag or hand bag.

Enjoy ;)

Haul: Drugstore products + Review

Hey all,

Here I am with a drugstore mini haul!

Enjoy ;),

-L'Oreal Excellence Creme hair color in Blond no. 7
-L'Oreal Les Ombres Preference in no. 3 for Dark Blond and Blond

Review: I was hoping that my hair will look like the picture above for the Ombre effect but unfortunately it didn't look like it. I was more to orange/bronze shades that blond/green effect which I like... ;(
So, I have to go and fix my hair at the salon.

-Maybelline 24 Hr. Color Tattoo in Metallic Pomegranate
-Revlon Just Bitten lip stain in Cherish/Devotion

Review: I love both because they stay for long time although I was disappointed with the color of the color tattoo but I still love it and can't wait till I try it on me.

-Essie Winter 2012 Collection in 'leading lady, snap happy, beyond cozy'

What do you think about these products?? :)

Haul: Cosmetics +Review

Hey all,

I've purchased this makeup last week. I have as well purchased fall clothes but I will post it later as I am waiting for some of my shirts.

I've purchased:
  • L'Oreal 'Color Infaillible cream shadows in 004 Forever Pink and 009 Permanente Kaki'
  • Revlon 'Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Honey'
  • H&M lip gloss in Mademoiselle
  • Debby 'Color Play Crack in Coral'
  • Mac 'Eyeshadow in ORB'
  • Mac 'Matte Bronze'

For the L'Oreal cream shadows, they are supposed to last for 24 hr. but they don't even with a primer. It creased on my lid and it only lasted for three hrs.

For the Revlon lip balm stain, I love the color and it stains very well but it dried my lips after couple of hrs. And for the H&M lipgloss, I love the color, smell and definitly its price! It's only 95 cents!!!!!!! ;D

For the Mac eyesadow and bronze, I like them but I wouldn''t repurchase them because the bronzer is not very pigmented and doesn't show well and for the eyeshadow, it's a very nice colour but not what I always put on my brow bone.

For the crack nail polish, I haven't tried yet but the price is good and as what my friend said, the quality is good too...

Tell me your opinion if you have same products! ;)

Haul: Drugstore makeup from the duty free

Hey again,

I just bought these to try them out and I am very happy with most of them. I bought two sets from Maybelline and L'Oreal.
Maybelline's lipsticks are good (Sweet Pink, Galactic Mauve and Caramel). My fave is Caramel. The mascara is not very good though.
L'Oreal's 4D Mascara is really good and the Khol is good too and doesn't smudge easily.

Enjoy, ;)
