Summer 2016 SPF Essentials!

Hey all,

Summer is always the awaited season to bring out the white dresses from our closet and wear gladiator sandals, tan and enjoy our life. But sun tanning is harmful and we need to take care of our skin so it can remain healthy and also take our daily vitamin D shot from the sun without burning our skin. To protect our skin from the UV light, I am providing you my essentials that actually saved me from a sunburn in Dead Sea few weeks ago. 

Here are my Essentials that I would give A+ but make sure you apply them every 30 to 45 minutes for best results:

1. Clarins 50+ Sun Wrinkle Control Cream for Face
2. Banana Boat 50+ Ultra Protect Sunscreen Lotion with Aloe Vera
3. Clarins 30 UVB UVA Sun Care Oil Spray for Body and Hair
4. Evian Water Facial Spray for extra freshness

6. Coppertone SPF 15 Lip Balm

Outfit: First Day of Eid AlFatr

Hey All,

First, I would like to wish you a happy blessed Eid and may God always be with you, fill your life with joy, love and peace.

Second, I would like to summarize my day for you, it's almost the same in every family. Our traditional first day of Eid is to go to greet our family especially our elderly such as our grandparents where we spend most of the day there socializing then making a tour greeting our friends. It's pretty much similar to Christmas but instead of giving presents to your beloved ones, we give money mainly to children and between family members for example the father gives money to his kids and wife as a gift. (I love celebrating both Eid and Christmas!!)
Some family members would go have Eid prayers in the mosque. It's a beautiful happy day and most of the people mainly kids would be wearing brand new clothes that were bought especially for this day. I honestly wore new clothes but my trousers were worn by me several times before. I am a cheater!! :b

Outfit: My MBA Graduation!

It's been two weeks since my MBA Graduation but I wanted to share with you what I wore on that day. I am so happy that I am done with university and that I will start my career path more seriously but on the other hand I am sad that this chapter will end soon because I had many amazing memories back then with my friends and teachers that I will never forget.

Summer SPF Essentials! + Reviews

Hey all,

Summer is around the corner and we will be tanning, going to the beach, going out more and enjoying the sun and weather but, before we do so, we should take care of our skin and protect it from the UV light. This means applying sunscreen that has SPF 20 and more.

Today, I will share with you my sunscreens:

1. Face:
Bioderma Photoderm Max SPF 50+ cream that has very high protection, it's good for sensitive skin, it has invisible texture and fragrance free, paraben free and water resistant. Every year, I tend to try new face sunscreen and this year I chose Bioderma because it's a very good brand. I started applying this since the beginning of spring because I get a tan very easily and I don't like that a lot so I tend to protect my skin earlier. Usually, in fall and winter I apply SPF 20 but in spring and summer, I am all about 50+!

2. Lips:
Labello Sun Protect SPF 30 lip balm that is waterproof too. Don't neglect your lips because they get effected by the sun too and can be burned so you need a layer of protection that moisturizes your lips too. Labello lip balms have been my favorite lip balms since I was 10 years old although I never mentioned them here on my blog. I highly recommend them.

3. Hair:
Clarins Sun Care Oil Spray 30. It is for hair and body but I will use it for my hair only. I still didn't try it but I remember back in 2010, I was on vacation with my siblings and my uncle and he had an oil spray for the hair that protects and hydrate your hair. I still remember how amazing it was and how it left my hair with nice beachy waves. Unfortunately, I don't know the name but I hope that this one will be as good as my uncle's. I will update this post when I will start using this spray.

4. Body:
Nivea 50+ hydrating and protecting cream was there for me for the past ten years. I only use this as my body sunscreen and I try new ones but I go back to this one always. It's really good, thick, hydrating and water resistant. I recommend it!

5. Eyes:
Well, there is no sunscreen for eyes but there are surely many fashionable and stylish sunglasses that you can rock everyday. I am currently in love with my Ray Ban blue flash lenses aviators. I might buy the orange one soon so I can share them with my brother. Go get you a trendy affordable but high quality ones now to protect your beautiful eyes! ;)

Outfits: Bright up your life!

Hey all,

It's been a while I didn't update my blog.. Sorry, I was in Istanbul for vacation for a week and I am missing it already soooooo much! For extra info about me, my favorite country is Turkey and I go there every year! If I had the chance I would definitly live there forever... ;D I love Istanbul a lot, I love the people, food, sea, streets, mosques, their similar traditions, EVERYTHING and I just feel like home!

Ok, now back to our subject which is about bright outfits or pieces... I like to add either a lot of brights to my outfit or choose one bright piece and make it the centre of attention! Brights are so in and I already talked about it previously so now you'll see some of my outfits that I wore that are bright and colourful! ;)
